General Instructions

• In every semester, a meeting of the Parents along with teachers and Headmasters would be held. Date would be announced later.
• Parents should check the diaries for notes/remarks regularly.
• Parents should sign diaries after 3 days.
• Parents should see that daily prayers at home are carried out.
• Parents must enter their names in the register and take prior permission before meeting teachers or the HMs.
• Visiting hours for parents to see teachers are on Saturday after school & to H. M. every Monday and Friday after 10.00 a.m.
• The students should have neat and clean turnout. Students should wear a full, neat and clean uniform. Fancy articles and jewelry are not allowed in school.
• Regular attendance is compulsory, requests for half-day leave or concessions will be granted only against the parent's prior note in the diary.
• Students should follow instructions given to them from time to time.
• Students will be held responsible if they cause damage to the School property, and the cost will be recovered from them.
• Students should not wear/bring valuable articles to school.
• Outsiders will not be allowed to enter the school.
• A student will be rusticated for misbehavior or a serious offense.
• Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory.
• Parents should see the Class Teacher prior to the leave of absence more than three days and should confirm that the lessons missed during absence are made up.
• Leave of absence, on account of medical reasons, parents should produce a Medical Certificate to the respective class teacher.
• Students should be collected from school premises immediately after school hours. Also, they should be present in school only 10 minutes before the school starts.
• In matters of daily work, administration, and co-curricular activities, the decision of the Principal will be final.
